FlipTrain has been the single best method we've used to teach our beginners how to perform the turn properly and fine-tune those who think they've got it. Our younger kids' coaches love it! My masters coach had some beginning level tri-athletes who just couldn't get it, so he came to me asking what can we do? I went into the team room and grabbed FlipTrain. Within 5 minutes, 4 new athletes knew how to flip turn. It provides the link between visualization and actualization."

We've been using the FlipTrain Stations for two weeks now, and our swimmers are enjoying it very much. It's improving not only the learning, but also the development of our flips. Our teachers didn't have any problems working with it. I'm very satisfied and I am sure that with it we can make a difference among other teams."

"My kids love to use it and I am very happy with it. I have kids that are as young as 5 using it and for them it is like playing and learning at the same time!"

FlipTrain has been a great tool for us to teach young swimmers the correct mechanics of the turn. The product provides immediate feedback and a better sense to each swimmer of where their arms and hands are throughout the rotation. Our kids love going through the drill progression! I think one of the most unfortunate things we sometimes do as coaches is allow swimmers to execute a skill like the flip turn incorrectly for so long that it takes months to undo a movement pattern that could have been taught correctly in much less time using the right tools and teaching methods.

"The kids love it and it's easy to use with great step by step instruction. Bang for the buck, great product overall and great price. Takes little or no work to set up and take down. Would definitely recommend to other coaches and teams!"

"I was impressed with the simplicity and the functionality of FlipTrain . . . easy to assemble and use. With our developmental swimmers it simplified the teaching process and allowed the athletes to successfully learn to flip . . . without much verbal instruction . . . in a much shorter time frame. With the more advanced athletes, FlipTrain enhanced their feel for the pressure that the hands can and should generate and aided them in determining the proper distance, from the target (wall), at which they should initiate their flip. We will definitely be adding FlipTrain into our program's regular routine! Thanks, Dave!

We use it in both our entry level club group as well as our mid to advanced Swim America stations. Does a great job of teaching proper hand/arm use and in my opinion demonstrates a commitment from the coaches to implement professional tools of the trade. Swimmers have shown more motivation to learn the turns correctly and our coaches love it because it provides points of reference and a procedure to teach with a lesson plan.

After one short season with our FlipTrain Stations, we have found that teaching the flip turn to swimmers at all levels is much easier. It's a simple way to teach the basics of a tight tuck, how and when to use the hands, and the importance of a no look turn. With our campers and young beginner swimmers, we found that teaching the turn is much more fun and less trying for all involved. Our more experienced collegiate level athletes have learned to modify and improve the quickness of their turn after just a few sessions with FlipTrain."

Gets rid of the fly away and dropped arms while developing a straighter flip and a better push off! The kids are always excited to use it and they come away realizing the errors they had been making. Definitely beats having to get in the water to work one on one. I highly recommend FlipTrain to other coaches . . . you'll see a difference in your swimmers with one use. "
